Photos from Udayagiri Caves 12 to 14. (I’ve skipped Cave 11 – it’s not got anything special)!
Cave 12: Bagh Gumpha (Tiger Cave)
An erstwhile cave (?) above Cave 12
Cave 13 and adjoining caves/excavated slots. Cave 13 is on the detached boulder in the center of the first photo below. That boulder actually has two levels – the lower level has an entrance facing the camera, and the upper level has an entrance facing right in the photo.
Cave 13’s upper level entrance is visible in the photo below, with serpent heads above the entrance. In front of Cave 13 is a smaller rock-cut boulder
Both entrances of Cave 13 can be seen in the photo below
Cave 14. This was a natural cave that was extended by rock-cutting. The structure in front of the cave is new, to protect historically important inscriptions etched onto the cave walls.

Excavated slots next to Cave 14
These are amazing

These caves are really something. The inscriptions are in Bhrami.
